We offer a 30-day return policy, significantly more generous than the minimum required by Israeli consumer law for distance selling. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or receipt).

The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item(s) back to us without first requesting a return authorization.
For "No-Fault" Returns (e.g., "I don't like it," changed my mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item), [Your Company Name] will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first to arrange this.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cancellation Fee (for "No-Fault" Returns): In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, for returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than a defect or non-conformity, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee will not exceed 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns due to defect or our error will not incur a cancellation fee, and return shipping will be covered by us.
